At Lufit, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to make the return and refund process seamless. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it following the guidelines below.
Return Policy
- You can initiate a return by clicking “Return” on the My Orders page.
- We accept returns within 12 days from the date of delivery for most products. Please refer to the Product Description Page for specific return eligibility.
- The product and packaging must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- The product should contain the brand logo while returning.
- Certain customized or limited-edition items may not be eligible for returns.
Refund Policy
Once your return is picked up and passes our quality check, we will initiate your refund within 48 hours. The refund will be processed based on your selected payment method:
✅ Wallet Refund – Credited within a few hours.
✅ NEFT Refund – Takes 3 to 5 working days.
✅ Payment Gateway Refund – Takes 5 to 7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
