Overview​

Lufi Refund & Returns Policy

At Lufi, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags and labels

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Personal care or hygiene-related items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

Proof of Purchase

To complete a return request, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your returned item directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Items showing clear signs of use

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error

  • Any item returned after 30 days from the delivery date

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, Lufi will send you an email confirming that we have received your return. You will also be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card or other payment method) within a certain number of business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as some refunds require additional processing time.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or at discounted prices are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges & Replacements We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us via email at [support@lufi.com ] with your order details and clear images of the issue. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item to our return address.

Gifts

Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift voucher or store credit will be issued to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves and then gifted it to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, and they will be notified about the return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please send it to our return address provided after your return request is approved.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Lufi is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit and cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
